Overall, pleased with the service. The tech they sent was on time, friendly, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quickly.

Criticisms:
1. Weekend answering service is not good...I got bad info. They should scrap that and just have a voicemail.

2. Price for cleaning my ductless unit was quoted at over $500.00. That is a very expensive rinse. The tech showed me the dirty component...said it would be quick/easy to accomplish. 500 dollars? In this economy??!

3. Tech arrived at the very front of a 5 hour service window. After he poked around the unit for ~15 minutes, diagnosed and described the ease of the job required, he then told me he did not have time to accomplish that task (cleaning), and I would have to call back and schedule it. Tough pill to swallow, but so be it.

Tyler was the most polite technician I have ever had at my house!! He was great!

Unfortunately I could not use the business. They wanted to take my credit card number and keep it on file and as a matter of course I do not do that. If the company is hacked, then my credit card could be compromised. This is not a good business practice, in my opinion, but they refused to come out unless I allowed them to keep my number on file. I have used them in the past and I don't remember ever being asked for this in the past.

This team worked very fast and hard. Very professional and I had full confidence through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend to anybody and everybody I know.

Tony V arrived right on time for our annual A/C system inspection, followed all home health safety protocols, and got right to work. He was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer my many questions about the units, the comfort settings, and how to obtain the best results from our system. We wanted to add a UV light filter to the system and Tony was able to do that quickly and immediately. We are very pleased with Tony and Sila. Highly recommend! *****

Tony, and evan were a joy to work with. My capacitor had blown on a newer install (2019) and while not covered under the manufacturers warranty the repair was done for labor only. Tony was extremely professional and completed the service quickly and efficiently! I would love to work with both these gentlemen again!!!

Sila was great to work with and I would recommend to anyone needing work on their HVAC system. The teams that came out to repair our air-conditioner were friendly, respectful of our house (e.g., wore shoe covers), knowledgeable, and worked fast. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks, Sila!

Tony is always super helpful and knowledgeable when he services our heating and A/C equipment. Sila as a whole is a fantastic company, they are quick to follow up and make sure that we are scheduled for maintenance. They installed our high velocity A/C within a week and you would have never known they were here working all day…no dust, no mess, pretty incredible for such a huge undertaking. We have an old steam boiler that they now maintain as well, again, quick turnaround on calls and always polite, on-time, clean. Good customer service seems to be hard to guarantee across an entire company, but I recommend them to everyone…we have yet to have a poor experience.

Tabias and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were on time and very informative about the system they installed. Sila will be my go to for all my ac heating and plumbing needs.

I have used Sila for the last 8 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of service. Tony came to service my AC today and he was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through each step and made great recommendations. Tony also serviced my heating system in November 2020. I was impressed with the quality of his work and requested him for the AC service. He’s a true asset to Sila.
