Outstanding customer service outstanding mechanical support they're gentleman who came to my house to remove my tank we're pleasant to talk to and work with they took them up most care of making sure my house was clean of any debris they could have left behind their mannerism was outstanding I have never met two hardworking gentlemen who get paid by the hour who took time to care about exactly what I wanted from them. Thank you for that expertise and their professionalism and the work they did at my house.

I would like to say that I have been a customer for over 30 years with Petro Home Services, previously known as Eastern Petroleum. I have been very satisfied with their services and their service technicians have been very professional, no complaints what so every. Definitely a 5 star rating to them. In this review I have dropped two stars. For the first time a problem. For quite some time a work order has been in place to install a vent alarm on the filling neck of my underground tank, to make it easier to fill without over filling. The service has yet to be to be done. Recently, I ordered a fill up, the truck arrived on 11/16/2021 and 18 gallons was pumped in. I was assured the tank was full but I knew it was not. Eight days later another tanker came and added 99 more gallons to a full tank, a vent alarm would have saved a tanker from making two deliveries. There have been two recent calls for service to install the vent alarm this month. I found out that the order was canceled, when I called back to find out why there was no install, I was told the service call was canceled? So, I placed a second request for the install and rquested, I be notified if they could not complete this on the scheduled day. Again, no install or notice of change for this order. I have placed a third call and requested a call back from the service manager to confirm the request and get an explanation as to why this has slipped thru the cracks. I get that the weather has gotten much colder and that it is the busy time of the year, but this work ticket has been open for many months. I plane to update this review when it is resolved

Excellent service from day 1. Petro is a 5 star company and I highly recommend them to anyone who uses propane for home heating.

I assist my 88 year old aunt with maintaining her Annapolis home. She recently needed a new oil tank and Petro's subcontractor, GreenTrax, did a great job. Their workers were friendly and quick. My aunt also has a service contract with Petro and the technicians are always very thorough and also very friendly. They make my job much easier. Thanks!

Service for the furnace has been timely and done well but ……I will tell consumers to caution Petros high fuel prices!! I just received a delivery and was charged over $6.00 per gallon, which currently is over $1 per/gal more than the local average home heating fuel price at competitors. I will be looking elsewhere for my home heating oil and I would advise you do the same.

Decent service. The price for oil was a bit higher than I paid with a delivery-only company. So, i'm paying a membership fee for the right to pay more? There's a free checkup included in that but i never felt like the $300-400 extra i was paying was worth a $100 tune up.

when money was tight recently i couldnt pay the $500 bill all at once. I paid $100 a week for a month. Multiple times a week someone called to tell me I owed them money, and would i be interested in a payment plan?

Each time i said yes, i am doing that now, notice i pay the same amount every week? The payment plan could be its own program, but explaining to 7 separate workers for weeks that I was paying every friday was just odd. Maybe the extra amount I was paying went to a call staff to repeatedly ask me the same questions multiple times a week

still, they were friendly, and when i needed service they showed up on time and did decent work. it did take 4-5 trips out from 3 different repair people to finally fix one big issue.

people were friendly and cheery, but 4-5 visits to fix one broken ignition and 7 people calling me to ask about the payment plan i was already on were getting a bit tiresome, so i left

Petro filled my tank with heating oil in exchange for money. I also have a service contract with them to maintain my tank and boiler system. So far so good.

Had my fuel oil storage tank replaced. Green Trax was contracted to do the work. I had to re-schedule at the last minute and they accommodated me. They were very punctual, courteous, flexible and professional. They were in and out quickly and cleaned as they worked.

I’m very satisfied with your service, I can say you prompt on fill ups, and patient when you can’t pay all of your bill at once. Thank you for your service.

They are very nice and I like how you can pay the bills the next month after getting your propane they are very professional very nice and I definitely would recommend them to family and friends
