Excellent customer service telephone agents and awesome and knowledgeable service-technicians, who are always very helpful.

No heat for 2 days ! Took 2 days to send a technician. They sent an oil repair technician instead of a gas repair technician who wasn’t sure what to do. He got advice on his phone and said what might need replacement but said he didn’t have that part on his truck, maybe because he had parts for oil furnaces only. Very disappointed !

Customer experience has been wonderful with helpful suggestions on the types of services that are needed for the type of home you live in. Scheduled delivery was always made on time. Boiler and HVAC systems was maintained on an annual basis and the service people were courteous and knowledgeable of the system that heats and cools your home. Thank you for the service that you provided me.

My dealings with Petro were normal, initially, until....... I canceled the service, only to have them make a delivery at the end of winter weather the following year. Why would I have them deliver at the end of winter after I had canceled any future orders. I was originally on a monthly cycle, and after realizing how expensive it was, I decided to convert.
I was in the process of changing over to gas, since it is cheaper and was using space heaters and slowly burning what was left in the tank and one day they just filled it WITHOUT my approval.

I got tired of them harassing me about it, so I just paid the bill today, since I need to burn what is in the tank before I can remove it, because they WILL NOT take the oil back. I asked and asked to no avail. I was never on a yearly cycle and they have no evidence of that.

When dealing with Petro, Make Sure you record everything, because they will obviously never fess up to making any errors.

My husband passed in January, and I was unable to make two payments. I spoke to a representative and explained my situation and that I would be paying but I was not sure how long that would take. Although, the representative said she would note the account I continued to receive calls periodically.
I am not upset that I was contacted because I did owe this debt, I was disappointed because of the repeated calls and having to explain my situation.
The debt was cleared two months later, and late fees were removed. I truly appreciated the help and the kindness that was expressed by each person I spoke to. This is something that a number of companies rarely consider or understand, in most cases it's about the $.
