During the process of selling my deceased mother's home, it was noted in the Home Inspection that the oil tank was leaking and the buyer wanted it replaced. I only had 5 days to respond to them and of course it was the weekend before Christmas! Petro customer service went above and beyond to put me in touch with Equipment Sales, specifically Mark Londer. He agreed to stop that evening (a Saturday)on his way home to take a look at the tank. He had proposals ready for me on Sunday morning and arranged for a crew to install the tank that Tuesday! Thanks to Mark I was able to cross that item off the to-do list and enjoy my Christmas! Installation went flawlessly and Petro called to make sure I was happy with everything. My mom was a Petro customer for 39 years and now I know why. Thank you so much for everything.

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. They've sent out these supposed "certified technicians" 4 times in the last few weeks to get my 4 year old furnace working properly. Each tech complains about what the last tech did. Then changes the nozzle and fuel pressure to what they believe it should be. Never the same. The fuel they delivered gelled up and put strain on the fuel pump. Now the pump makes loud noise. The tech tried lying to me saying it was just the fan. Today 12/27/22 they scheduled to come replace the fuel pump. 3pm to 9pm. They did not show up. They did not notify they weren't going to show up. 5 days taken off work for them to fix the issue. Now I will have to take off a 6th day whenever they can get the common parts. The techs are clueless. They don't understand viscosity and flow is different than psi. They clearly have a set standard procedure and are not able to troubleshoot outside of that extremely narrow realm.

We ran out of propane on Christmas weekend and they took us on as a client and got propane to our house within 36 hrs when the normal process takes up to a week under normal circumstances. The company sent Melvin to inspect the area. Melvin came by and he was courteous and knowledgeable of the situation and propane in general. He gave us suggestions that would help us going forward. We will be a forever client of petro!!! They care!!! From our family to your company THANK YOU!!!!

This is the absolute worst company to deal with I bought a brand new boiler for my house in November and have had nothing but issues with it not working and going out twice a month with no heat while I am pregnant I’ve called twice a month since November and Someone finally came out 2 weeks ago. To spend 8k on something and it not work. I do not and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company's codoil division claims that when you order oil through their website they ignore the delivery address you put in and select at random an address you've used on a previous order. They claim even though I gave them the correct address on the order it's my fault because I had previously ordered for delivery to a different address. Horrible customer service and dishonest company.

Petro is a terrible company. They over charge me by $1.00 plus dollars per gallon of oil every delivery (compared to national average, as posted by USNEIA.
They also doubled the cost of my service agreement to $701 for calendar 2023.
I’m current looking for a new heating oil supplier.
Stay away from these bandits.

Not sure how I’m feeling about Petro Services right now. I had an incident occur during an oil delivery. I’ll should know shortly if they stand behind their services. So far the delivery manager has been a please to work with. I’ll be back shortly to post my review. Hoping they make right their wrong.

I put in a request for quote on heating oil Thanksgiving Day and IMMEDIATELY got a response back. Kelly was so helpful; straightforward and responsive. We even did the whole transaction over text! Because I already had my tank filled I couldn't purchase right away but she still honored the promotion that was running for when I can fill up. Oh and the rate was almost a dollar cheaper per gallon than what I was paying!
