I called for an emergency HVAC yesterday afternoon, expecting this morning would be the absolute earliest I could expect someone to come to my house. Kevin showed up less than 2 hours after my call. It only took him about an hour to get my HVAC up and running. I thought his price was completely fair. I would absolutely recommend this company. It was over 90 yesterday and I had no A/C. This was worth it’s weight in gold.

I had a power issue with my HVAC unit on a day when I really needed heat. It was snowing with high winds and unsafe for anyone to be on the roads, so I didn't expect anyone to travel to my house and inspect my system. I called Kevin, explained the issue, and gave him the basic information about my HVAC unit. In less than a minute, he figured out the problem. He explained a few things I needed to look at and talked me through the steps to fix the issue. I had heat within 5 minutes. I think that speaks for being very knowledgeable as well as compassionate, helpful, and personable. 5 days before settlement on the sale of our house, our air conditioning system broke. We contacted both our air conditioner service company and the local gas and electric company but the soonest either could replace the unit was over a week. Climate Pro Mechanical was recommended to us and we contacted them. Our air conditioner was replaced By Climate Pro in 2 days! It’s the hottest day of the year and our A\C went on the fritz. Guess who we called? Climate Pro Mechanical to the rescue!

We called Climate Pro at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday morning and they scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Even better, they called at 9:30 a.m. and showed up at the house before 10:00 a.m.

Kevin/owner was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He identified the problem and repaired the unit quickly while explaining to us what the problem was, how it was repaired and what to do to keep up the unit’s maintenance.

We had an intermittent heating problem in the middle of winter. Of course, the unit was working when they arrived. They replaced the most likely causes and checked the entire system. We have had no problems in over a month since. Kevin is very professional and got along well with our two german shepherds.
