OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Gio was able to show up same day. He clearly explained to us which part was having issues. While the part was ordered he manually reset the heater so we could have heat for the night. Alex came back the next day and was very quick because he had received all the information from Gio so we didn’t have to explain anything over again. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely hire again!

What a genuine technician! I have hired MANY local companies and really appreciated how Alex took his time as if it were his own house. I can't express how difficult it is to get a tech that will explain stuff that you don't understand clearly and patiently!

Not only did he resolve our AC unit fluid calibration issue, but he was able to take the sum of the square footage of each room and understand how the system we have is not serving the house properly. He gave us several clear options and was very patient in explaining it to me and my wife.

It's rare to find a person willing to really meditate on what's happening in your home and not rush through it like a know it all and leave you with a fat bill. Bethany Air repeatedly had techs that were in a huge rush and did the minimum with maximum prices. Alex asked questions and was very knowledgeable, made himself available afterwards for follow up questions. Just a great guy running an excellent set of services!

The most unprofessional and worst person to hire actually this so called company only consists of one person Alex who has no clue what he is doing. Under investigation for stealing stuff from my property he was working on. Be very careful and he is always asking for money upfront so he can disappear with it.

Alexis is a great contractor to deal with, has a great personality, its trustworthy and do an impeccable work. He has been taking care of my parents house and mine. And who ever asked me for contractors, plumbing or hvac, I always refer them to him!!
