Called Service today on a Friday for Electrical issue. Stated they don't have technicians on call on the weekends. Not sure why they state they do same day service and even have the company named "Service Today". We have used them a few times in the past and never had a issue with same day service yet this time now they don't have technicians on call during the weekends. I don't have problem paying there emergency service charges yet they can't even fulfill what they advertise. Last straw for us. No need for a response as I'm sure it will be some corporate response from them.
