Service Today did a biannual proactive diagnostic evaluation of my home's HIVAC system, today. Minor attention was applied to an issue with the cooling system that could have led to a system breakdown had it not been discovered today. These biannual preventative maintenance check-ups help reduce system failures and extend system longevity.

Very professional and courteous. John explained all of the repairs that needed to be completed , gave me a price upfront, and was very respectful of my home in the process. I am very satisfied with the completed work, and highly recommend Service Today for plumbing needs.

Technicians Mark and Chris arrived early to remove the old and install a new hot water heater and to relocate it as well. They had to rewire and replumb due to the relocation and did an outstanding job. In removing the old tank they took extra care not to damage the carpeted stairs and were very neat in all aspects. They were very professional in all aspects of their work.

I’ve used ServiceToday for more than a year and could not be happier. They first repaired our heat pump which a prior company tried and failed to do. They have also replaced a spigot outside that had become leaky. They are always easy to schedule, reliable, and will stay until they get the job done right. But today was over the top. The drain plug on our bathtub had become hopelessly stuck. John tried a number of solutions but because the bathtub area is tiled, he could not get to the drain from inside to force it open. So he crawled under the house through the crawlspace (with who knows what watching) and managed to work his way through the joists to the tub, and get the drain open. Total commitment. This whole process took hours, and yet the bill was very reasonable. I will use ServiceToday forever.
