Carson was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable. Carson is an absolute asset to Service Today.

Mike was great! Arrived promptly and finished the work quickly. He also went out and bought a filter that would fit my system. I recommend him specifically.

Well the technician Carson showed up on time and completed the service in record time. He was very pleasant and cheerful so early in the morning. Looking forward to our next service.

I have used Service Today numerous times in the past. My last service Tech Carson was beyond amazing and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and how it worked. He gets an A+ and service today should be ecstatic to have him as a part of their team! A part 2 of my review. We had a tech come out that was not good to fix out HVAC unit I will not name him. We had to call to have someone come out a second time. They sent Carson to come out on 6/21 and fixed our issue and again Carson restored my faith in Service Today and went above and beyond my expectations! He made it right and no doubt in my mind why I choose Service Today! Carson deserves a bushel of crabs and a cold case of beer!

Service Today has been our go-to in the past and especially in the last few weeks. First they fixed an emergency water main repair in our bathroom and then later replaced our toilet, all great work for a reasonable price. We have a lot of more upgrades and work lined up with them also, and I’m confident it will be top notch and professional. Ask for Chris and Justin for your repairs— these guys are good.

I called for my ac maintenance and zach w was sent out. He called when he was on his way and was very friendly and personable. Zach was fun to talk to while he was working and explained quite a bit too. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he gladly answered every one of them. Very very nice guy!

Adam (plumbing) was awesome, as was Carson who looked at our HVAC. Very personable, professional and understandable about people's current financial situations in this climate. Adam assessed the issue with the leaking plumbing (at night and in the dark!) but didn't fix it because he wasn't sure if he'd have to rip walls and wanted to wait because we were on our way out for the weekend.

Two days later, someone else came out and, long story short (1) misdiagnosed the bathroom causing the issue and had to call Adam AFTER we explained where Adam had said the original issue was coming from. (2) Did determine that the issue was a leaky doughnut, so didn't need to rip the wall (3) we were charged $368 for the work that amounted to a $20 doughnut fix that my husband could have done.

End result: would recommend Adam but not sure can recommend the company as a whole. $50 service fee anytime someone comes out, even just to diagnose and no actual work is done, in addition to high fees for something simple, makes me give 2 stars.

Service was great! The technician was thorough and informative. This was great considering the customer service rep on the phone was not very considerate and provided incorrect information!

Installed new Heat pump in 2017 and have been maintaining annually ever since. Usually a phone call 20-30 minutes before arrival. Prompt, polite and friendly technicians every time. Also keeps us well informed of all the services they offers..
