Service Today Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

Called Service Today for emergency repairs, they sent out a truck on the same day. Plumber gave me a quote of $186 to repair broken cpvc pipe which I accepted. After making repair plumber stated there were two more fittings with cracks and he didn't have parts needed to make those repairs and he or someone else would come out the next day. The next morning I get a call telling me before the company sends out a plumber to complete repairs I need to accept the new estimate. The estimate was for $569 on top of the $186 I paid the previous day. I questioned the amount with the person on the phone but he said I would need to talk to a supervisor about the estimate. I asked for a supervisor to call me. I called three times over the next 4 hours while waiting for a call that never happened.
I finally called other plumbing companies to see if any were available for emergency repairs. RYT Plumbing was and came that day. They made repairs and the plumber stated the other company must not of had parts on his truck because the parts needed were common parts. Repairs were made and the cost was so much more reasonable $225. Thank you RYT no thank you Service Today.

James was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. During an inspection he was able to locate an issue with the heating elements and damaged connections. This explained the lack of heating efficiency felt coming from the unit. He worked with their office and found replacement parts for an older unit and helped minimize the cost of repairs. They scheduled the work within the timeframe that they set expectations for and were a pleasure to work with!

they were here very fast customer service was very friendly and the service guy Chuck was great and fixed the problem and got us up and running in no time for my parents house . we also used them about 2 years ago for a ac replacement and could not have had a better experience thanks service today !!!
