I got home from work and the AC was broken. We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call. I googled AC repair near me and Service Today was an option. I called and they were at my house within an hour and a half. When the technician got here, the AC miraculously started working again. So the technician said he couldn’t fix it if he was unable to diagnose it and left. The AC stopped working again within half an hour. I called the company back and another technician was back at my house within an hour and a half. He was able to fix the problem and get it working for us. We were happy with the service and the technicians were very friendly!

We started with service today coming to service our heating/cooling unit a year ago. It's a six year old Carrier and we have never had a problem with it until Service Today started coming. Now every three months when the tech comes out he messes something up that needs fixed the next visit. The last straw was our heating coil needed replaced after he replaced another part on the air handler. That is a $2,000 bill. We are done. Terrible experience and please beware they will mess your unit up to make more money off of you.

I tried calling and asking for a rate on fixing a condensation tube but they just hung up on me.

James is so thorough with his maintenance review. He remembered to follow up on a request I had from his last visit a year ago before this years visit. He’s very professional, pleasant and extremely thorough and I will request him to do our hvac maintenance and any repairs if necessary.

They couldn't unclog the drains all the way. Used 25" line and got it somewhat unclothed, but then the kitchen sink got clogged. Not fixed all the way.

HIGH PRESSURE. The tech who showed up was more interested in selling me a service contract than quoting me a price for the repair.
He could not take NO for an answer.
Why would I buy a service contract without knowing first what it would cost for the repair?
He did not carry any of the parts for the repair on the truck!
I got a call the next day and every part was a $1000 to repair. $4000 plus in total. Now they wanted to sell me a new heating system.
I'm in business and I will pay a fair price.
One part cost $125 and Would take 10 minutes to replace. So at $1000 I thought I would call a competitor.
They came without a service charge for showing up. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Had all the parts. Found out one part was in fact not bad and did the work for 75% less!
They simply tried to RIP ME OFF!
It pays to get a second look.

Chris and Mark were great representatives of Service Today! They provided the plumbing review and ensured the drains were in good working order! They were professional, efficient, and provided all information needed to make informed decisions about the service!
I also had Phil today for PM on the air conditioning unit. Not only did Phil service the unit but he assisted me in getting the phone app set up for greater system control!
Gail in the office assisted me in getting my yearly contract renewed. She was knowledgeable and personable and a great asset to the Service Today team!
Service Today is a wonderful company and they are responsive to your need! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide!!

We were having an A/C issue. Carson called me and said that he would be here in 20 minutes. He was on time! Carson was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Carson😁

Zach was impressive. He was very thorough and explains everything he did while servicing our heater. He even changed the set point for when we transition from heat pump to heater to help us save propane. He also provided info so that their office could provide a quote on work that I need to have done soon.
