I have used Logan Mech for years. I have never had a bad experience. They are responsive and they communicate with you through the whole process. I’ve used them for residential installs and service. 5 out of 5 every time.

Tristan was not only on time, but he was RIGHT on time!!! I called him on Tuesday morning and he came out the exact same day! When Tristan arrived he immediately got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and break it down in plain language so that I could understand. As a woman, I appreciate that a lot! After explaining what was wrong and offering solutions he gave me an estimate, we set a date and he was on his way. The day of maintenance he arrived on time and finished the job quickly and quietly. Seriously, I didn't even known he was still there! If you're looking for a HVAC company with exceptional customer service & experienced technicians please look no further! Thank you Tristan! Extremely professional and efficient! Tristan and his team did a fantastic job installing a brand new AC unit for me.They have great rates and financing options. I shopped around a bit prior, and these guys are unbeatable. Highly recommend them!

After calling 2 other dishonest companies I finally called Logan Mechanical out because my heat pump was not working properly. Come to find out my Air Conditioning was running at the same time as my electric heater, giving a warm feeling when I was already hot. Not only did he fix the problem in a timely manner but he did some kind of magic trick to get my top floor (which was always hot) feeling like the other floors of my home. My house no longer has a wide temperature rang between rooms. These guys were on time, professional, affordable wore clean work attire and figured out the problem fast. It was also no need for me to go into work late because he got here early. If you dont use Logan Mechanical, your doing yourself a huge injustice.

Excellent customer service. Professional service and the price fair and below what other companies offered. Installed my new water heater, removed the old one in less than 2 hours.
