Mike, the service technician arrived on time within the service window. He was professional and kind. Mike quickly identified and fixed the issue. I will definitely use Logan again and refer to others as well.

Paul Wills was very professional as he serviced both my air-conditioner and furnace. He explained every question that I asked and explained not only what he was inspecting, but also what the specifications were for each unit. My Nest system was sending my notices that my heat pump was not running efficiently. Paul Wills came an checked out the heat pump and said it was running as designed. He then checked the unit in my house. He found an extra filter covering the heater coil and removed it and changed the main filter. He explained how my the HVAC actually works best (set the thermostat at a temp and leaving it there). He explained it in very easy to understand terms (very knowledgeable technician). Since his visit, I've been monitoring my HVAC system and it appears to be performing more efficiently. If I need to HVAC service I will call this company and request Paul Wills.

Logan Mechanical's team is professional, hard working and honest. We converted our oil furnace to a high efficiency heat pump with oil backup. The team went above and beyond to get us the best quality for our home. Financing through their company was easy. Highly recommend!

My AC condenser needed a new capacitor and freon, which is a pretty simple fix. The company was responsive and showed up on time. The capacitor was installed and my AC was working again, which was great bc I have kids and the house was really hot.

The team then explained that if I wanted to keep the capacitor that was installed and refill the freon then I needed to also pay for several other preventative maintenance services, which would have brought the total charge from several hundred dollars to over a thousand. I explained that I only wanted to get the ac working again. They then threatened that if I didn't pay for everything they would uninstall the part and render my AC useless again. I was blown away that they tried to extort me and would spend extra time uninstalling a part. I did not agree to the additional services, so they uninstalled the part and left the unit and power disconnected with parts strewn around. I ended up going with a different company that just refilled the freon and replaced the capacitor, which fixed all my issues. Logan Mechanical pulled the biggest scumbag move I've ever experienced and they should never be trusted.

It's also worth mentioning that they charge a $75 service charge to provide an estimate and most of their competitors do not.

Logan Mechanical took care of my mothers HVAC and also provided the best value after shopping around. Logan Mechanical has provided awesome support even after the job was completed over 5 months ago. I would use them again even if it cost more because their overall integrity and customer service.

Logan Mechanical showed up to my Residence on time & on the day scheduled as expected. The 2 who came were here for a new Heat pump system install and they got the old thing out and the new thing in with no hassle, no mess & everything worked well after them leaving !!
