We have used Knights Heating and Air Conditioning several times, for both our furnace and A/C. They've been nothing but professional, friendly, and informative, and their prices are fair. On the last visit, for a check-up on the furnace, after they left I noticed the humidifier leaking. I called and they sent someone back out the same day. It was a minor problem actually my fault, but they explained what I did wrong and got everything running fine. I'll continue to use them with confidence.

Worst hvac company that I have work with so far. And I am a developer and have worked with lots of them. They first scheduled to come on last Monday. Then, they canceled my appointment without even letting me know until I called them. They didn't even bother to call for the cancelation. When I called them, they rescheduled for two days later, Wednesday. And didn't show up. Again without letting me know. I called them again and rescheduled for today. But guess what? They didn't show up again and didn't bother to inform me about this again. Not professional. Not communicative. Not kind enough to inform. Never recommend these guys.

Knights Heating and Air Conditioning technicians came over to check my old furnace. They were very professional and fast. They found the problem to be a clog that was collected at the filter of the furnace. They did maintenance check to all the other parts of the furnace & cleaned the furnace. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to my friends.
