Our 30 year old furnace stopped working 2 days ago! Thanks to the prompt and efficient service of Beltsville Heating and Air Conditioning, our furnace is still working!!! Nick and Kevin, you were awesome! I highly recommend this company!

Al is my Go-To guy whenever we need help with our HVAC system. Today he made some minor adjustments to a new AC unit and now it's performing flawlessly. Beltsville Heating & AC Inc. is a family owned business local to Beltsville and we always try to support these local businesses.

We have used Beltsville since 2000 for all our HVAC needs. Our AC compressor fan broke this morning (6/2020) -the bearing wore out . Beltsville was my first call. Bottom line - they are responsive, competent, and fair.

This company refuses to replace a heat exchanger that's under warranty by the manufacturer. Originally in March this company said they would get parts and replace the exchanger. Today my parents were told by this company they're no longer doing business with them. Worst customer service! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!

Terrible. Made an appointment with them for between 1-5 and the guy didn't show up. Called the office at 5 and was told he was still on previous job. When I asked why they didn't call, they said "we don't do that". When the tech called after finishing his previous job and was told nobody would be home at my residence, he said "oh well". DEFINITELY NOT A CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY COMPANY. Would give them zero stars if possible.

Called at requested service for a blower capacitor that needed to be replaced at my place of business. The technician showed up at around 10 am when they said he would be there at 8. He opened up the unit, which consisted of removing 3 screws and replied with 'Oh my God, this unit is 29 years old, which it's not (it was manufactured in 2001) and that I needed to replace my unit. Wow, figured that out by taking three screws out and looking at the unit for a whole 15 seconds. Charged me a $125 dollar fee for taking the screws out, and telling me I needed a new unit. Thanks!

Needless to say, I immediately called another company, who came out and changed the capacitor, charged me $100 and the unit is operating like new.

In my opinion, don't use Beltsville Heating and AC Inc, unless you like being 'screwed' and throwing your money way. I won't be calling them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know, or deal with, to stay away!

Great company to work with, came out right away when our water heater broke. They repaired it the next day with a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I called Beltsville Heating and AC because we went to check on our furnace and saw a flame coming out where it wasn't supposed to be. I made the call on a Monday and they couldn't get me in in till Wednesday. It was a 10:30am service call..they weren't they by 12:30pm so I called to check in. They didn't have my appointment or ANY information I called about on Monday. So the guy said I will be out there between 1-4pm. He cam around 2pm. Within 10 mins of him being there he had already determined I had a 4" crack in my heat exchange. Before he found it he had warned me if he did find a crack he will have to shut my system dawn and it was over/finished needs to be replaced.

My system was EXTREMELY DIRTY... I know bad on our part but the technician had told me "He wasn't here to CLEAN my system" He then used a brush and started probing and brushing and then looked with his mirror. He with in seconds told me "your done ,there is a 4" crack in your heat exchange"

Me I'm devastated!!!

He then calls his "sales guy" out that happened to be in the neighborhood and we were quoted $3,400.00-$9,400.00 for a new furnace and AC Unit.

My husband and I thought it over, reached out to a few people. Our friend brought over his Licensed HVAC guy and he spent 3-4 hours cleaning and working on our system. Looked for this "so called" 4" crack and never found it! Put the system back together all nice and cleaned out. Fired it back up and flames were perfectly exactly where they were supposed to be!

ALWAYS get your 2nd opinion!! I YouTube'd a lot of Heat Exchange videos and YouTube is FULL of videos showing companies SCAMMING homeowners!

FYI... ALWAYS ASK TO SEE THE CRACK!!

Great technical staff. Timely. Knowledgable. Fixed two houses AC in the past week for me (old house / new house). I'd use them again.

Helped me out during this cold snap by selling me the parts I needed to fix my own furnace and made sure my old ones were bad . Great counter service .
