Technician was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to relay information in ways that were digestible for me to understand. He was thorough in explaining all aspects of financing options. Nicky my technician was very professional, prompt and to the point. I was in the middle of a work-from-home day so I appreciated that very much! He told me what the issue was and the options for fixing it. No pressure to do the thing that was more expensive. I LOVE THAT! I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs thanks to Nicky my technician! I don't leave reviews often but I was very impressed with him and wanted to share.

3 weeks and 2 techs later I am living in a house where the temperature is 87 and I have bronchial asthma. They came out twice and didn't help. I missed my holiday to wait for a tech who was supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 10:30 am July 3rd. I received an email and text ar 10:01 am to say the tech called out. They scheduled my for today to find the leak. He tells me the problem and say he cannot fix it until another tech is scheduled to come and give me several pricing options then I will have to schedule someone to come and install. I asked the tech to put me through to his manager. He gets on the call and tells me he is busy but he will see what he can do.
I had to pay over $300 for them to show up and find the leak and am still without air and waiting for a new bill to be presented. This company is awful.

I had a break in my main sewer line outside my home. It was an absolute nightmare - I couldn't use water without sewage coming up the toilet. I called Michael & Sons and that day Doug came by, took a look, and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. The very next day Clevonne and Alfred came over in the morning and got to work. Michael came by as well and helped with the indoor leaks I was having. Overall they were amazingly professional, quick, and wonderful! Thank you!

Jon and his co worker were knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented. They informed me of what to expect, gave options of what could be done, and worked efficiently.
I appreciate his work and would request him again.

Tech arrived on time. Diagnosed problem as a cracked water filter housing. Provided estimate to replace $1,100. Took a total of 3 hours. Part cost $40 dollars. Not happy with the price. They knew they had me over a barrel, on a Sunday, no water, Sr citizens, etc. Should have booked a motel and waited until Monday. On line estimates were less than 1/2 for a scheduled replacement. My Bad.

Michael and Sons is our go-to for HVAC and plumbing in Canton. They are quick, responsive, and get the job done right. Darryl came out the afternoon before 4th of July and stayed 3 hours to get the job done when my leaky shower and stubborn faucet wouldn't stop. We told him he could call it a night, but he graciously stayed long to ensure the job was done right. Cannot recommend enough!

Charlie Hilker was dispatched to my home to fix my faucet issue. Was on time, courteous, and very friendly. I showed him the issue and he quickly understood the assignment.

He explained the process and the issue in depth before securing my ok to begin work. He was mindful of surroundings and repaired the issue. I was very happy with the work he did. As we wrapped up the transaction, I told him that I would gladly pay a premium for excellent customer service, and Charlie provided that and more!

Plummer was very good. However, Michael & Sons fixed pricing is extremely high. A two hour task less supplies cost $400/hr. Replaced the two turn off valves (hot & cold) ,, valve box for washing though achine , four inches of copper tubing. I will have repair all the drywall damage from the work at my own expense - was told this upfront.
