Tech crew arrived on time to repair dryer. Noticed a couple of other issues to which they addressed. Steve and Ken worked to ensure everything was functioning at optimum level. Would call again.

They came out and fixed my dishwasher. They were super friendly and very professional. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. Their prices were great as well.

My A/C unit blew over the weekend. I called them this morning around 8AM. They called me back promptly. I had 2 techs here at 12PM. They had everything fixed by 1:15PM! WOW!

Was in search of a washing machine repair company, I was in the Randallstown area saw the sign for this company gave them a call, the receptionist was friendly and professional, stated my issue was told they have to look at my machine the repair men was courteous friendly and professional and on time, the repair was done, do I recommend them? Yes I do

They fixed the dryer , but it was really something quick and easy. I YouTube it and SHAME on Crown for charging so much smh.

premium service, premium price - recommend being specific as they will order to get things fast but you pay, then again they do deliver and do a great job
