As a property manager I deal with many types of contractors. Bay Area office staff was friendly and professional on the phone (I got a real person, amazing!), scheduled for the furnace repair to a community building in a reasonable timeframe, was on time, called me on the way there (great job Ken!) and called me when the work was done. I didn't have to meet him on sight, he followed the easy steps to access the building and locked up when done. I am so happy I found this company and will be using and recommending them to my fellow property managers!

I recently had Bay Area Mechanical replace my AC and Furnace. They did an amazing job. All the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. They arrived on time the day of the job, got right to work, had everything replaced, running, and the old equipment hauled away within about 5 hours. They also charged significantly less than two other competitors we got estimates from. Great work, Great prices. Highly recommended!

I have a maintenance contract with them and they are worth every penny. They have very professional and knowledgeable technicians working for them. They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain my HVAC system. Every time they come over, they are very transparent and keep me updated with exactly what they are doing and if any issues arise and how they fixed it.

They had us swiftly scheduled with an appointment within a day of our call. The Bay Area team gave us an estimate on the work and even after finding additional issues, completed all of the work efficiently, professionally and within budget. The Bay Area team explained all of the work being completed and why, ensuring we understood the need and benefits. After several unforeseen challenges with our system, Bay Area’s team finished up with a fantastic outcome as promised. They came out within 2 hours of my initial call. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Technician did not have the part on his truck but another truck in the area had one and brought it over. Fixed and verified operation.

Bay Area Mechanical is not worth spending the money to do business with. I had a heating issue during from (10 degree weeks in MD)and they came to my home 3 times for the same issue and never resolved the problem. Then they charged me over $350 dollars for visits. On the final visit they charged my credit card without my authorization and the issue was still not resolved, heat went out again. I called another company and they came (1 time) and told me the problem with the induction fan, charged me $450 (equipment and labor) and then subtracted the visit cost of $69.

Do not waste your money with this company.

Bay Area recently fixed our heat. We had extremely high utility bills and Bay Area was able to decrease them dramatically by identifying our issue and correcting it. I would recommend Bay Area to all my family and friends. They were very prompt and had reasonable pricing.
