Great company to work with. Taylor is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the problem but he took the time to check the entire system to make sure it was running properly. I highly recommend this company for repairs and purchases.

Had them in to debug my upstairs system. First thing they found were corroded batteries in the Thermostat (that was still working) and then wanted to charge me $400 for a $75 honeywell thermostat. I asked them to continue debugging and they could not find a problem.

Well I then called in a TRANE factory certified technician at Sines and Sons and they diagnosed the issue as a loose wire in the overflow float switch and had the problem fixed in an hour.

I would not call these guys ever, they were not knowledgeable about my trane system, which I specifically asked, and I dont fault anyone for making a profit, but a 530% profit is ridiculous. Especially when I asked why it was so expensive and they told me it cost them over $200. Well maybe they should be shopping at Amazon.

Very happy with the experience. The tech and young lady who schedules appts were great. Unfortunately, I'm not good with names, otherwise, I would acknowledge them personally. We dealt with another company from Oct 29th until Nov. 17 - AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

The folks at Barstow came out on the 20th, and returned on the 22nd and we have HEAT!!!!

I called Barstows late on Thursday afternoon, the beginning of the New Year holiday weekend, for an estimate. Chuck went out Friday morning and had an estimate to me by Friday afternoon! Now that is what I call fabulous customer service!! In addition, I received confirmation and progress emails all along the way and even a phone call to make certain I had received all I needed! Also, their estimate has been the most reasonable thus far! I will certainly refer the in the future!

Came very quickly to repair a plugged condensate drain line. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely call them again if we need HVAC maintenance.

A first time customer. Technician (Danny) came out on a Sunday with a short notice as my AC Unit's compressor started to fail. A new compressor was needed and ordered the following week. The following Monday the new compressor was installed (by Taylor) and the unit is back up and running. Good timely work. I will be a ongoing customer.

I was so pleased with Barstow and Sons Heating and Cooling! I can’t say enough about how Great Taylor Windmiller, our technician from Barstow and Sons Heating and Cooling, was! Taylor is an Awesome young man! We had been without AC for a week looking at going into the weekend with a heatwave coming our way. We were given a window of 11-1 for our technician to arrive and I received a text at 10:50 that our tech was in route to arrive in 15 minutes. The same time I received the text our tech, Taylor Windmiller was at my front door! I was so surprised that I wouldn’t have to wait, as with some repair services, in a very hot house for him to arrive at the last minute of the window we were given of 1pm!. Such prompt service from Taylor Windmiller was very appreaciated! I was very pleased with the Professionalism Taylor Windmiller showed me. Taylor Windmiller was very knowledgable, quick and efficient and I was very happy to be sitting in a nice cool house 30 minutes later. We will definitely be requesting Taylor Windmiller from Barstow and Sons for all our heating and cooling needs in the future! They texted me when they were coming, provuded a way to track them and arrived a half hour early. They finished earlier then projected and cleaned up not only the yard but also the inside of the house as well. Once the arrived they kept working with inly a short 20 break for lunch. Their staff was professional and helpful and represent customer service well!

Stephen O’mara has been to my house before and is always very helpful and professional. He answers all of my silly questions, and checks every aspect of my concern before leaving. I never feel rushed and always feel like I have gotten my problem resolved before he leaves. He even loves my dogs!
