Couldnt have had a better experience with Dan who came out to help with a dead capacitor after hours. 100% earned my future business for when I need to replace my entire system within the year or so. Great pricing, honest and even got an HVAC lesson out of it all.

My technician, Ben, was very professional and patient. He came in and completed the installation of the air conditioner compressor, cleaned up all the containers and worn parts, answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I will be recommending Barstow & Sons to anyone that needs Heating and Cooling services in the Crofton area. Thank you.

Cannot say enough good things about Chuck and Barstow team. He was able to come out same day this week and replace the condenser motor on my trane AC unit for a great price and the service was excellent.

Every other HVAC company I called was at least a 2 day wait to have someone out to even look at my problem. If you need an HVAC company in the Severna Park/Arnold/Annapolis area, make Barstow your first call!

EXCELLENT!! DON'T HESITATE! This company came in after 3 weeks of a nightmare company, who sent unqualified techs and shorted out our whole system! Barstow's tech came in, evaluated the problems, left, ordered the parts, came back a few days later, installed all the parts, the unit turned on immediately, left. We were so happy with this company and highly recommend them the FIRST TIME!!!

Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. I called near the end of the work day about my AC and a tech came out next day. Turns out we had a leak; he put more refrigerant and some dye in the line so that the leak can be found the next visit and fixed for good. Meanwhile - the AC is working!

We were delighted with their service. They were courteous, on time, professional, and charged what they quoted. Highly recommend them.
