We contacted over five Lennox dealers to install the Ultimate Comfort Lennox system. Barstow provided one of the most prompt responses with the owner Chuck Eaton coming out himself. They offered a comprehensive system at a substantially better price than all of the others contractors. We had four other bids, and some were 30-40% higher. We researched their service response time which was excellent. Contractor warranties offered were varied. Barstow was superior to the others. Installation was done with a team of skilled installers. Because it was a complex system, with zones, natural gas furnace and AC, humidifier and a whole house dehumidifier, it took time to complete the final adjustments. The technicians worked diligently till it was operating properly. We were also impressed by Chuck’s willingness to state repeatedly, “This is my company, I stand by my work.” Barstow’s receptionist Jen, is responsive, professional and accommodating for scheduling. The installers Ben, Stephen and Logan work diligently and their senior service technician, Greg, is extremely knowledgable, and competent. Their team is excellent. My mother's a/c unit has been acting strangely and stopped working. After having one HVAC company stop in, pay the diagnostic cost, attempted to troubleshoot the problem, but couldn't get the existing unit to work, they suggested a new a/c unit at considerable cost. Given the magnitude of such an expenditure for someone on a fixed income, as a matter of due diligence, my mother had Barstow try their hand at it and gather their perspective on the inoperable a/c unit. Greg, an experienced technician with Barstow, was able to find a way to get the existing system back in working order with minimal cost. My mother truly valued his professionalism and problem solving skills. What a relief, not only in terms of cooling down in this oppressive heat, but also on the wallet.

Very Good. 1st time I use them. They have very good pricing, seems very honest and communication was great. I have a complete system replacement. They were here on time (4 trucks) and work longer than expected. The technician try their best to work out issues (my system is located in a tight space). Thumbs up.

They were great. My AC died. Austin came the same day and worked quickly. Very nice young man. It was 91 F and now I have air conditioning again. Will definitely recommend them.

A/C was not working in our upstairs. They came out very quickly and resolved the problem. They did a great job and we were very appreciative to have A/C again!
