WONDERFUL! After getting three different estimates/options laid out from different companies the only one that offered a quality solution to our situation was Barstow & Sons, and at a great price. The other companies offered a much more expensive solution, that would have not included A/C in our bathroom! They were flexible with scheduling, and took the time to discuss at length the best kind of unit for our home/situation. The young men that came to install were very professional and educated us on how to operate the unit, keep it clean, and how to look for signs of trouble. Absolutely wonderful company & would recommend without hesitation!

We received a few quotes from different companies, but ended up having Barstow & sons to replace our water heater and furnace. The price is reasonable with great customer service. We also get a hvac yearly service plan with them as well. Definitely will recommend this company to friends!

I called to schedule an appointment for yearly maintenance, the person I spoke with was professional, and put me on their schedule right away. Their fee is reasonable, & it provides peace of mind that my AC is getting the maintenance needed. Tech was wearing a mask and shoe protectors, when he arrived, and while he was inside my home. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I had a few questions after receiving the invoice/checklist, called the office, and they were able to answer my questions right away. I highly recommend Brastow & Son Heating and Cooling! They have great service and knowledgeable staff! Recently I found myself in desperate need of replacing two Heat Pump units right in the middle of summer. I talked to couple of companies to get the best deal. Not only Mr. Eaton, the owner of the company gave me the best price, he also made sure my specific requests in terms of installation were done accordingly. Mr. O’Mera, the technician and his crew were very meticulous and went out of their way to get the job done the way I wanted. One issue we faced was with the units that were delayed due to high demand from the manufacture which Mrs. Jennifer, the office manager kindly suggested to install a couple of temporary window units until they arrive. In addition, Ms. Nikki in the office was greatly accommodating! I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you everyone!

Barstow & Sons Heating and Cooling was assigned to my AC air handler repair by my home warranty company. Upon their arrival the tech Steve was thorough, professional and pleasant.

My unit is over 35 years old making this a more complex issue/repair, especially going through our home warranty. He explained what was causing the leak, the type of unit I have and and what needed to be done to repair it in layman terms. His patience in answering, my probably redundant questions lol, was amazing. My handler will need to be replaced and I have requested to have Steve do the repair.

My interaction with the front office staff, specifically Nikki was awesome! She's friendly, courteous and professional! I give Barstow and Sons Heating and Cooling AAA++ rating. I will certainly be using them for other services in the future.

The technician, Taylor, went right to work and was able to problem solve the problem with my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep the A/C working at full capacity and kept me informed about the repair needed. Taylor was professional throughout his time at my home, wore a mask, and cleaned up as he went along. I greatly appreciate all the time and work he did and would without hesitation recommend Barstow & Sons. Thank you!

I have been a Barstow & Sons client for 5 years and I have had nothing but positive interactions with and excellent results from them. They installed and now maintain my HVAC, installed a new thermostat and replaced my hot water heater. Every member of their staff that comes to my home or who I speak with on the phone are highly professional and have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services.

FANTASTIC service provided today by Barstow & Sons! Had an unusual issue with, what I thought was, duct/vent condensation which was causing water damage to a ceiling in my finished basement. When explaining the issue over the phone to the service coordinator, she knew the exact tech to schedule to come have a look. Once Daniel arrived, I explained the situation; after a quick diagnosis and proper sealing of some exterior vents, he was super patient and described the root cause, steps for future prevention, and other things to look out for which might cause issues moving forward. Cost of service was extremely reasonable and the knowledge and customer service provided couldn't have been any better. Highly recommend Barstow & Sons and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Barstow - Austin specifically - were wonderful to deal with. I have a very old HVAC system. Their first trip was a health check. Austin was very thorough and explain the status of the system (very old, but working for now). On an extremely hot day my system AC stopped. Austin came back within hours and fixed for a reasonable cost. I'm sure I'll have to replace it soon, but for now it's nice and cool! I highly recommend Barstow.

We have an older HVAC system and lost cold air Thursday evening. A tech called me back within minutes of my leaving a message in the after-hours system and had a note placed to have a team member reach out the next day. The tech, Austin, called to see if he could be early which was great. He was professional and knowledgeable. Explained his work and was able to get the AC up and running. Recommend them and will use them again once we have to replace our system.
