Zack was very reliable and professional.
Work was done in a very timely manner.
He was very detailed on installation of AC unit and cost. Zack also call a few days later to ensure we didn't have any issues. Left job site very clean. Will call Havens for any of issues with AC or Heating. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommend , super professional with and amazing response time. Had a whole Saturday at the softball field and came home to the AC being out. Within and hour of my call he had it diagnosed and fixed. I used him because of how well he did for my parents house. Which was the exact same thing. Super fast and efficient. He had it fixed and good to go in less than 2 hours on a Saturday. Not to mention prices are very fair and reasonable. Really can’t recommend them enough. Best AC repair person I’ve ever dealt with. I will never use anyone else.

Zach came by our three bedroom home and repaired our air ducts in the attic. Great service. Super friendly. The transaction was easy from start to finish. Very efficient. Got the job done in less than a half day. Starting working much better that night. Noticeable difference. 10/10 recommend Zach.

Woke up to house @ 77deg when it should have been 72 & by the time Zach got here it was 84! It was a Sat & I called my normal A/C guys, who told me the earliest they could get to me was WED!!! I checked Google for “A/C Repair Near Me” & Havens was the only 5 star listed. I called Zach, he picked right up, got my info & gave me a time later in the day. He showed up on time, if not early, & had my A/C up & running within 15min. I didn’t like the price I paid…but not because it was unfair, just because I’m a poor cheapskate! It was a fair price being it was a weekend & he was able to get to my home that day. I couldn’t have been more happy w/his service. Thank you very much, Zach…I believe I have a new A/C guy!

I had a short notice issue with my AC. Zach made it to my house literally within 15 minutes of me making the call and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. Outstanding service that I will definitely be using in the future.
