Goes above just a service call and does what it takes to WOW the customers.

Looked at my 20 year old unit at 5pm one night, next day had new unit in place by 5pm.

Update, new unit would not turn on the Saturday before Easter @ 9pm.
Tom was at my house in 30 minutes and had it working by 11pm.
Hard to find service Luke this these days.
