Tom was highly responsive and was at my home the morning after we initially spoke to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system. My estimate was delivered quickly and Tom helped go over both the system we would be purchasing as well as financing options. Tom and his crew arrived bright and early on install day and were done in only about 2 hours. Tom and Griffith Properties are highly, HIGHLY recommended.

Came to the house with the quickness! I called 25 minutes before Tom was to close... on a Friday. He showed up within 15 minutes and replaced compressor. We Recommend Tom G 100%... quick reply, fast service, reasonable pricing. He replaced our HVAC 4 years ago in the hot Summer. He's our go to A.C guy!

Great experience from the start. I called for an estimate, Tom was able to stop by that day. Price was great, Tom went through everything explaining what he was going to do. They showed up on the day of the install, just him and his son, and got straight to work. Before I knew it he was packing up and telling me about my new system. I’m very pleased with our new system and the installation.
