Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

My husband and I can’t say enough about the outstanding job the Service Experts men did in replacing all of our duct work in our attic. Wish we had done this years ago! Can definitely feel the difference! Each of the gentlemen worked very hard even though it was very hot. Thank you Andrew D’Antoni for heading up the project. Thanks also to Brandon, Keith, Kevin, Zack and Lane. Extra thanks to Brandon for replacing the freon when we needed it and putting in the new coil. You answered our SOS and saved us!

Mr. Bill Ricks was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about his profession. He was very courteous and polite. He seemed to be a very good employee and I recommend him to be my personal inspector from now on if that is at all possible. In the future I won't always be able to be present when a tech may need to enter my home and I would feel very comfortable with Mr. Ricks here without my presence. Thank you.

This morning, Bill Ricks got my furnace ready for the cooler weather that is--hopefully--just around the corner. Bill is an excellent, knowledgeable technician and I recommend him highly. During his visit, he explained everything he needed to do and answered all of my questions. I would like to mention that this is not the first time Bill Ricks has been to my house and serviced my heating and air-conditioning system. Bill is trustworthy and always does a great job here. FYI--I moved here from California not quite a year and a half ago, and I'm happy that I found someone I can have confidence in to help me keep my house in order. Thanks, Bill!

We just had our heating service for the upcoming season. Mr. John Stephens came out and as usual did a great job. Explained everything that he did and asked if we had any questions. Always professional and very neat and careful since we are in Covid-19 at the moment.

First off Chris Love was a very nice and knowledgeable technician. He listened to me describe what had happened and what we did to try to fix the A/C. He knew almost instantly what was wrong. The company we used prior would have to come out at least once or twice a year to work on the system. I feel confident the problem has been fixed. He also worked out the most cost effective route to take. I definitely recommend Service Experts Shreveport.

Chris Love is very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my air unit. Would recommend Service Experts to others. I would also encourage you to get a service agreement with them, It's worth the money.

1-4-21 Mike Lopez is very courteous and professional. He is dependable always on time has a very thorough knowledge of the job. He's a problem solver and answers all questions that are asked! My vent wasn't blowing air flow good in one of the bedrooms and Mike fixed the problem really quick!! That air is flowing like never before! Mike is very friendly and he is part of our family! He is truly an asset to Service Experts!

I loved Service Experts! My air went out and they had someone at my house in 30 minutes! Chris Love was very professional and knowledgeable about my a/c unit. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends who have heating or cooling problems.
