Chris Love came out and set everything up explaining everything they were going to have to do. Zach Skinner and the men working with him showed up on time and they were all very nice and professional. They did an awesome job.

Initially my experience with this company started out a bit on the rocky side where I had scheduled an appointment, which was confirmed, and I took off work for the appointment time and no one showed up or called to let me know they would not be there due to weather. So, I was a bit frustrated. I received a call the next day apologizing for the failed communication, and a technician was promptly sent to my residence. Lane Snowden was the responding technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and he was very professional. I appreciate the time he spent explaining the issue to me.

I had problems with my central AC/Heating system. I called another company a week ago but it took all day for them to come out and it was too expensive. I called Service Experts today(Sunday) and someone came within 30 minutes. Technican Mike Lopez was so kind and explained things so that I had a better understanding. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. The cost was reasonably affordable🎯. He even entertained my grandchildren while doing so😂☺☺. He distributed such amazing customer service and had the best personality. He made this experience easy and painless.

Mr. Mike Lopez was amazing. I had tried everything I could, but my problem continued. Mr. Mike knew exactly the issue by hearing the handful of details I had.
I was originally told that he'd be there between 8:30 and 9 am, like a superstar he was there at 8:30 on the spot. I, as well as my neices and nephew, thank him from the bottom of my heart for getting my home running as it should.

Scheduled for 2-4 but received a call around 12:30 asking if they could come earlier as they had finished their last job early. Lane and Chris arrived around 1 and were all done by 1:30. Everything was checked thoroughly and they explained everything they did. They were also very accommodating to our dog who wanted to help them do their work.

"Top of the line" I would like to thank service experts for the caring and service that they provided to me and my family. Andrew was great and very professional and explained our options to us and was able to help us reach a decision about what we needed. Not only were the technicians Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane professional they we also friendly. They walked us through the experience every step of the way. We had a lot of good laughs throughout the day and really enjoyed the time it took for them to do the job right. When they were done with the install they made sure that everything was cleaned and even removed the old unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a very professional company to make your home or office cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Thanks again Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane. We look forward to working with this company and its technicians in the future, I know that they will do everything that they can to make sure that we are truly satisfied.

Want to recommend Service Experts and give them 5 stars. We have been a customer since 2008 and have had nothing but excellent service from them. Today we got a new air conditioning unit, Brandon, Kevin and Lane arrived at the appointed time and worked all day installing a new unit. Work was first class, all three technicians were awesome. Highly highly recommend all three, Brandon, Kevin & Lane!! Superior service and experience!!!
