Had an awesome experience today. Chris (technician) and Randal (comfort advisor) were very professional and courteous. They explained everything that I needed to know for this visit as well as what to expect for the next. Great job, Service Experts!

I cannot say enough good things about my technician, Mike. He was unbelievably thorough and honest. As a first-time homeowner, his attention to detail and willingness to explain everything to me were both so appreciated. He was very helpful and polite, and he checked in with me to let me know what he was doing at each step in the process - even with pictures! He was patient with my two barking dogs. He cleaned up after he was finished, too! Service was affordable, and I’m looking into the maintenance agreement for next time.

Couldn't be happier or more impressed with our service tech, Lane Snowden. He was amazing, professional, prompt, great communication, friendly...we had an emergency family situation and our A/C unit went out. Lane went above and beyond to diagnosis and repair the issue promptly. He came out first thing in the morning knowing we had to get the unit fixed asap. Mike was great! We needed an a/c tune up and he was very knowledgeable and thorough, said he had 24 years of experience. Cleaned up the unit for us. Great value for the service. If you live in the Shreveport area you should give ‘em a call.

Mike was our service expert for our heating maintenance. He was very courteous and thorough. He remembered our home and the previous conversation with my husband from the AC maintenance although we were new customers. I loved that he was kind and knowledgeable and although the service didn’t take long, he did his job efficiently.

I didn't use this business because they did not even show up. On 06/21/2022, I scheduled an appt for today 06/28/2022 with a 2-hour window from 12-2 to have my unit checked and serviced. I understand AC folks are busy during the summer with emergency calls and had I not just bought this place and moved in, I WOULD have scheduled routine maintenance in the off season. I have not completely moved into my new place, still live 2 hours away, but made it a point to drive to Shreveport today with a load of stuff and I MADE SURE I would be here by noon because I did not want to have these folks having to wait on me. I got here at 10:30-ish and waited and waited and waited. No call/no show. I was trying to give folks grace since I know they are extremely busy, but at about 3:30 I called to let them know I had to leave at 4 p.m. Got a nice young lady who was very polite. She put me on hold, checked, and said "I am sorry. It does look like we need to re-reschedule." NO WE DO NOT. I refuse to pay money to be treated this way. If someone had simply let me know in a timely manner that they were not going to be here (preferably yesterday before I drove to Shreveport on a day I didn't really need to be here otherwise) but if they didn't know until today, then as soon as they realized they couldn't get here would have been FAR better than letting me sit here and then actually have the company believe I want to reschedule because I suspect I would not get any better service in the future. This is just appalling...customers never seem to come first with companies anymore. I cannot recommend these folks simply because they didn't bother to show up and didn't bother to let me know...I have no idea if there work is any good or not.

Mike did a great job and came to my house very fast! He made sure to inspect my ac unit and fixed it quick and now I’m enjoying the cold air. Very nice guy too

I called Service Experts about a plumbing issue I was having. Within 30 mins, TJ and Robert were at my door and had a solution for the problem. Not only did they save me money but they saved me time. They are an awesome team and I would recommend them to anyone for any services that Service Experts provides. Robert and TJ deserve any raise that they can get, they are timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just all around good guys! Thank you guys!

Our tech Ken was in our home before time, he provided excellent service. He wouldn't leave until it was repaired. We were very impressed with the quality of service. He also practiced masking protocol which was an plus. The tech found the best price for us.
Definitely will use this service again and recommend them to others in our area.
