If I could leave negative stars I would!! If you need your AC fixed in a timely manner then this company is NOT for you. If you like getting the run around and don’t mind waiting weeks to get you AC fixed then this guy is for you!!

He took my 91 year old grandmother’s service fee and will not come back out to fix her AC. We are in hot humid Texas this is unacceptable!! He won’t even return our calls😡

We were very impressed with their AC technician, Royce. He was very helpful in explaining to us how to take care of our system on a regular basis. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

After placing a request for service through America Home Shield and not receiving a call, I was instructed to contact RTS Appliance and set up an appointment. RTS confirmed they recieved my information from AHS, then they told me I would have to call AHS to have them resend the request instead of getting an appointment set with me. Something went wrong on their end and they expected me to get it straight.

Punctual, very professional. No complaints good attitude performed service as authorized through my home warranty. Would recommend and definitely use again!
