Technician was very professional I think he was very upfront with information he'd given me. Because of a warranty in place he was not allowed to perform certain functions but he did give me and warrant personnel valuable information about parts still under warranty. I was satisfied with what they allowed him to do.

My partner is VERY impressed with this AC repair tech. I'm submitting this review since he doesn't have a profile to post from. The glowing review in his words:

Ac went out - the owner was able to shift his schedule around to take care of emergency. Was very straightforward, figured out the issue(weak capacitor) and also let me know about other failing components and how long they had left, and was right! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely hands down the right company for the job, I have had three different AC companies to my home and none found what Alligate-Aire found and fixed, they seem to take the time needed to look over the entire unit inside and out as others I have had are in and out in a flash with the wrong diagnosis, they will get my business from now on, Thanks Alligate-Aire for another satisfied customer.

Fair prices and works with you on scheduling service visits. When you call for an issue, he is always happy to talk through the problem and provide a self help solution. Recent issue was my AC shutting off intermittently. Found my condensation drain line backed up, provided some solutions to temporary fix issue. Rather than him coming out on a weekend and charging extra for “weekend” service. Honest and fair! Thanks Harrison Owen!

Had an inside and outside unit installed. Job was done in just a few hours at a very reasonable price. Does not try to upsell we u to useless services but does offer a decent service plan.

He did an excellent job and told us everything we needed to know about the system. We loved the service and enjoyed the service.
