I've only used Merritt since I've lived in Saint Gabriel and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their HVAC system.

This company came out twice to evaluate our AC and both times never contacted us back for a quote nor did they ever show up for the work. I do not recommend.

Our heater went out once the weather turned cold for the year, and we reached out to Merritt. On a quick turnaround they got a service tech to come check our unit, identify the part needing replacing, and got us fixed up and running again. Very happy with them and I gladly asked about and signed up for a yearly maintenance contract to try and upkeep both our AC and heating units to prevent a future breakdown!

My gas furnace would not fire so I called Merritt heating & Air, LLC. They had same day availability, even though I was not an existing customer. The technician was on time, he diagnosed the issue quickly and the repair was made in a timely manner. I would recommend them 10/10!
