I can't say enough positive things about Natals. Shortly after moving into our old Uptown NOLA house the AC went out. We called 6-7 companies and got quotes and suggestions for a new system. After speaking with Patrick who was the most knowledgeable and also understanding of the kind of system we were looking for, we were SOLD. Patrick and his team installed a new custom AC and heat pump system that has been great for our almost 100 yr old house. The install guys were professional and very nice. I have to also mention for aesthetic reasons I wanted our new thermostat panel on a different wall and the new returns located in specific locations. They listened and made it happen! After the system was installed we had a few kinks pop up (understandable in a very old house with a very high tech system) but they were there pronto trouble shooting and get it running. I look forward to our annual maintenance service with Natals they are all great guys and the ladies in the office are great too!

Excellent service with Natals and their technicians again. They are my go too for repairs.

Asked Natal’s to come out to fix a constant leak coming from my toilet. They charged $450 and replaced the flush valve (which costs $30, mind you, and was not the problem). When I told them the leak had continued despite their “repair” they told me they would correct it at no charge. They came over, looked at the toilet again, and then told me “it’s a different problem so we have to charge you for it” and proceeded to ask for another $490. I explained that it’s the exact same issue that I asked to be fixed, and that I unequivocally did NOT ask for them to repair my flush valve, as that was not the issue. They continued to argue with me so I cancelled.

Basically, they’ll rip you off in the first place, not fix the problem, and then try to rip you off on the turnaround.

The technician, Nidal was very professional and personable. This is the same gentleman who came out to my father's house four years ago. He actually remembered assisting my dad. I was happy that Nidal came out again. This is an honest and trustworthy company!

We used Natals to clean our dryer vent. They came out the next day after we called. Our technician Rodney was prompt, very professional, and quick, while also giving the issue the attention it needed. It was a little pricier than we initially intended to spend, but felt that the quality of work was worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely professional, prompt service from the front office and Natal the repair technician. My initial service call was for my AC leaking. After further inspection the technician determined my issue was plumbing. He contacted the office, another appointment was set for their plumbing department and the issue was solved at a fair price.

Nadil was top notch. Our AC system quit on a Sunday afternoon. Nadil came out promptly and was able to diagnose and get the system back up in quick time. Very much appreciated!

Natal’s customer service is excellent. The quality of their work is great, but it’s the professionalism and care that their people show that is beyond exceptional. Since installing my new HVAC system, I’ve had a number of Natal employees at my home and can’t recall each name and they have all been awesome. I will call out the two I remember….Joseph Pennino and Patrick Higgins…excellent customer service!

The electrician, Davin, was awesome. On time and solved my problem! Would 100% recommend.
