    My technician was professional, the work was done well. My concern is more that when I asked for an itemized receipt for a $550 repair, I was told that this would not be possible. I understand that labor and parts cost money, but it seemed odd that I would not be allowed to see the cost breakdown.

    I signed up for a maintenance plan with Natals for my HVAC system. Initially I submitted a request via the website but didn't hear back. Upon calling, it was easy to schedule an appointment for the service. The blocks are about 4 hours but they indicated they'd send the tech out first thing which was helpful. Text and email follow ups were convenient.

    I thought I had explained having 2 units that control the house, but was surprised to learn that required two maintenance contracts. I suppose it makes sense though given it's the same property I'd have expected at least a discount on the second given they'll always come same day for maintenance on both.

    The tech was very nice (Brandon) and explained everything he was doing. I had a weird thermostat connection issue which he was able to troubleshoot for me.

    At the end, he recommended a deep clean of both blower units at an added cost. While the maintenance plans discount additional services as add-ons to the visit, he wouldn't be able to do it same day as he needed to go to another appointment. I totally get and respect that, but was disappointed that the pricing wouldn't be honored for a future visit as it wasn't my fault that the work couldn't be done within the same visit. The best they could do was to charge full price for one cleaning and discount the second as an add-on.

    I decided to wait on paying for this service as given how expensive the cleaning would be ($800+ for both), I will now price check other options to see if this can be done more inexpensively elsewhere. Had they honored the full add on service pricing for both in a later visit, I would have scheduled and paid for it at the time but will now see if there are cheaper options available.

    Our downstairs heating unit went out on Sunday afternoon. I sent a message to Natal’s & left a phone message on Sunday evening. When I called Monday a.m., I was given an appt. for that afternoon which was most appreciated with ambient temps in the 50’s! Nidal was on time, diagnosed the problem, & gave us options. Today he was here early to do the repair, made sure the unit was working properly (temp = 95F coming out of the floor register), & showed me what he replaced.

    Byron Joshua was professional, prompt and neat. Diagnosed problems and gave us a variety of solutions to choose from. Cleaned up after himself. Helper was also excellent. He is our new plumber. Office staff are very helpful.

    The technician was awesome!!!! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how to prevent the type of situation in the future. He also caught another problem and told me the remedies to solve that issue. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

    Cannot recommend Natal’s enough. Having your air conditioning go out in the middle of July in New Orleans creates a bit of panic, but everyone I worked with at Natal’s helped me feel so much more calm and confident that the situation would be resolved ASAP! Nidal and Joseph did a wonderful, fast job repairing my system and they were so communicative with me about what was wrong, how it would be fixed, and what it would cost. The price was reasonable and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you, Natal’s!!

    Ryan was great! Knowledgeable and gives insight on all of your possible issues. He was very responsive when he needed to locate freon in my area and having to be longer than expected. Came and completed the job. Gave me information regarding a follow up. Very happy with services.

    Angel and Ty were very thorough. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up before they left and took precaution to cover my wood floors. Natal’s also is digital and techs have iPads. No more trying to read the after visit report on a carbon copy.
