Natal's Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Have used them for years, but the last two experiences have shown me they are only interested in getting your money . Charged 150 for weekend visit. Said we needed new condenser 5375. No detail in estimate. When I looked up serial number the condenser was under warranty. I confronted them and they offered to replace condenser coil for 2958.
Got quotes from others. 4100 to replace unit. 1700 to replace the coil. Shysters!

Devon Smith performed outdoor gas preparation for the city to turn on my gas meter. In addition, he repaired the drain strand that was leaking due to damaged drainage and repaired my toilet water fixture so that it would fill up correctly. Devon is professional, personable, great work ethic, and I would refer him to any of my friends or family that needed a plumber! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

I had a leaking seal that was probably something I could have repaired on my own, but preferred to seek assistance from a professional just in case it turned out to be a larger job. It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. Customer service was fantastic, and Devon was very friendly, professional, and efficient and even gave some love to my 14 year old dog! I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. I will absolutely use Natals in the future for plumbing needs and possibly others!

Called ahead of time to make sure I was home. Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Did maintenance of the AC. Described in detail some issues that need to be fixed and gave me some pricing/job options of services I may be interested in. I am very pleased with the service.

This company is excellent! It’s wonderful they handle a/c, plumbing, and electrical! Chad was able to complete everything we needed! They have a yearly maintenance plan also which we activated!

We had a hot water pipe burst underneath our home today and were struggling to find someone to come out and help us. Natal’s made it out in two hours, had us fixed up in 30 minutes and offered us an HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan that we could not pass up. Rodney was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and helped us get our issue fixed and water back on in the home. Helped with issues I had with my water heater. Was professional and courteous and very helpful in explaining what issues were present. He helped fix the problem and I would definitely recommend using again.
