Great experience at the Northern tools Metairie location. The salesmen were knowledgeable and very helpful when buying a generator. We’ve been back several times!

Always go there first, no matter what state we are in. Always have what you need. Even after hurricane Ida they still had everything in stock here in New Orleans.

We live in Baton Rouge, but drive into Metairie primarily to go to Northern Tool. We've purchased many products there, including our hot water pressure washer for our pressure washing business. We always have a good experience, everyone's friendly, and their Assistant Manager, Griffin, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and is a huge asset to that store.

Very nice people as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted asked if there was anything I needed specifically and I said no just looking around the guy said just let me know if you need anything I said okay walk around the store I started looking for something about two minutes later oh boy come back around basically I asked him where was he brought me right to it I talked to a couple other employees in there everybody was just as nice as can be

Too many problems trying to place orders online and you can’t use a e-gift card if you pick up in store

I have been purchasing from this site ever since I spotted the Northern Tools sign from the highway, have purchased all my Milwaukee packout pieces here and started buying from their online site many years ago and was glad to see a local store to purchase from.

Great customer service and the store was well stocked and organized to where I could walk and and find what I needed within seconds. I will be back.
