If u want to buy something here thinking twice before and then you got pay for checking out the tool no matter if is under warranty

The Manager was like talking to a robot he was not rude, but he didn’t seem like he wanted to help me. I did not feel welcome in that store at all.

STIHL SERVICE - ripoff. Cost $60 per jnit to pass it into the shop, plus whatever parts and labor are needed. Can’t say I’d recommend this place for STIHL Service.

Nice store.don't, shop in store very often due to it takes me over an hour to drive. Store is located on the other side of New Orleans almost to the airport. So try to shop on line. Have been to the store, and there is a good set up and a good selection of the items that Northern Tool sales.

Walked in. Knew right where I was headed…. To racks and shelving. Ryan made it a point to reach out to me as he saw me walking passed him. Immediately started helping. Moved boxes around to look for different measurement racks. Looked in the back room for other options. Got online to look at potentially shipping to my office. Completely helpful the whole way. And did quite well with my great sense of humor.

Ryan wasn’t just an employee who walked up and said, “what’s up,”. He was a part of helping me make a decision on what to get and seeing in through to the cashier.

Northern, I hope you know Ryan’s value as one of your team members.
