Aire Serv of Metairie

Highly recommend Aireserv Metairie. Terence has helped us with two separate a/c issues and he’s always very honest and extremely knowledgeable. These guys never try to get one over on you or overcharge. We will continue to use them for all our a/c needs.

AIR SERVICE, WAS GREAT !,
I called Air service at 8pm and got a quick response Tech, was ready to come out immediately and service my commercial unit.
It was late so I shecduled a service for the next day. Terrance came out on time, checked all my unites and found the problem in less than 10 minutes of his coming.

They came out late at night because my AC was not working. The problem ended up being a clogged tube. They were very professional and informative! I will DEFINITELY only use them from now on!! 😁

We were looking for a new AC service company. Our prior service company, while we liked them, were not responsive enough for even basic services like bi-annual checkups. Aire Serve could not have been a better choice. After being unable to come out as planned on a Friday afternoon, they volunteered to come out anytime that worked best for us on a Saturday. Terrance arrived and performed a thorough and detailed maintenance of the whole system. He could not have been more helpful. Will continue to use them for our maintenance going forward.

I called Airserv for their 24 hour emergency tech visits at 8 pm for an issue with my AC unit. Terence showed up at my house 10 minutes later with his tools and a smile. It was an easy fix and he was in and out in 15 minutes. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Terrence was extremely friendly, informative, and responsive. It was nice to work with someone who was honest and not trying to oversell me. They did a great job!

Great service. I was nervous about having someone in the house before we occupied, however they were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will never need another HVAC company. Aire Serv of Metairie has my family's business for life.

Terrence came out as soon as possible to fix our A/C unit as it was leaking water from out of the main air vent out into our hallway! Come to find that it was a busted water line in our attic due to rodent damage that was causing the leakage! But did he leave? NOPE! Terrence, bless his heart, got up there and duck taped the line and wrapped towels around it to slow the water flow. It had already spread about 6-10 feet of water throughout our attic floor! So he gave us peace of mind for the night until we could get our plumber out here the next day! He also DID NOT CHARGE US! It was such a GREAT experience and absolutely, we are so thankful!

Diagnosed the problem first time around. I was a little hesitant as a female but the tech didn’t try and oversell. He told me what was wrong, provided me with a quote, answered my questions patiently and was still polite as I made up my mind. I’m so glad I chose Aire Serv of Metairie. Terence was awesome!!

Airserv provided prompt service and diagnostic for our A/C that was running but not cooling. Terence serviced the unit after discussing the issues and fixes without upsales. Was back up and running within a couple hours.
