This is the second time they have come to my home. Both times I asked for either dispatch or plumber to give me a call a few minutes prior to arrival. Both times I was assured that someone would. Neither time have I received a call. This may mean nothing to some but for me this is very important. I have a rescue dog that has been severely traumatized and the purpose of the call was to have him settled before their arrival. They have been gone now for at least 15 minutes and my dog is still growling, whimpering, and in distress. Once, I can understand. Twice, I consider it quite insensitive.

We love Fred’s. They always come as soon as they can, and they always fix everything on the first visit. I’ve been using them for 10 years and have never had a bad experience.

Called Friday to have hose bibs changed at my rental property. They called and came to change them on Monday afternoon.

Made arrangements to come out a week in advance, even though I needed help right away. Other plumbers do estimates (no charge). Receptionist made it clear $125/hr to even show up and take a look. Took the day off work at their convenience. No one came out or even bothered to call. NO SHOW, NO CALL, UNPROFESSIONAL!!

It took technicians 5 minutes to find the problem with my leaking central unit inside my house. Then it took them about 10 minutes to repair the broken drain pipe. It was such a relief that they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem so quickly as to avoid any future damage. Thanks guys.
