I would leave zero stars if that was possible. Eddie, the owner, is unprofessional and unreliable. Our a/c went out on a Sunday night. We called him on a Monday morning and he told us he come out between 3 and 4. He never called or showed up until after we called him at 4:45. When he finally came, I'm assuming just to get his $90 diagnostic fee, he told us what he thought the problem was and said he would call in the morning with info regarding the parts he needed. Tuesday he calls around 12:30, laughs at my husband, tells him he will be over around 3, and of course, he never shows up or calls or answers our phone calls. It has now been a week since the last time my husband talked to Eddie. He never called us or came back out. Like I said, unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend Eddie Munster or Munster Mechanical to anyone.

Eddie is so responsive and helpful! He’s quick and efficient and gets the job done with no fuss. We had other people come to our house to fix things but none were as good as Eddie was with our A/C. I highly recommend him.

When our A/C died on a late Friday afternoon, we couldn't get our regular A/C company to respond. Eddie came out Sat. morning, checked out our whole air/heat system and agreed that our old A/C compressor had finally kicked the bucket. He was able to get a new one for us and had it installed Sunday. He took the old one apart and had the pieces picked up and hauled away. He was very professional, thorough and friendly, with no high-pressure sales for new unit. Highest recommendation!

Called Eddie this morning and he was at my home within an hour! He examined my unit and found a short. Not only was he thorough but I find him to be completely honest. I will continue to use Eddie for all my AC/Heater needs!

We have used Munster Mechanical for Commercial and Residential AC purposes. No one is faster or more professional. Eddie the Owner / Operator is head and shoulders the best out there.

Very friendly staff that came to fix our problems the same day within an hour of calling early in the morning!

We have used Munster on three of our properties over the years. They are reasonably priced and very professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
