TJ Air and Heat, LLC

Got a home from greg tilley’s which was my first mistake. This is the company that installs the AC units for those homes. I’ve had my unit for 3 months and it’s already broken. Called TJ’s as I still have a warranty on it. They arrived at my house without even calling me to let me know they were coming and I was at work. Had to leave to meet them and they stayed 5 minutes and DID NOT FIX MY AC UNIT. Then told me I would have to wait until next week for them to come back. My AC is not cooling and it is the middle of summer. They are awful. Do not waste your time!

We had our brand new unit installed by TJ's air and heat approximately 2 years ago when we purchased our home from Brewer's in Bossier City. Literally from month one, it started freezing up. Here we are 2 years later and have COUNTLESS issues with the entire unit, had parts replaced-- outside and inside. I can't tell you the amount of money, sweat, and time we've had wasted. It messes up at least every 3 months, sometimes more frequent. When we call, it typically takes a few days or longer for them to come out. If it's on a weekend, you can pretty much bank on not hearing from anyone until Monday, then waiting until they can come out. This summer was miserable with the issues we had. If you are purchasing a mobile home anywhere in the SBC area, ask them first who does their AC instillation-- I'm banking it's going to be them. We bought a single wide about 8 years ago brand new from greg tilley's and they also did the instillation on that unit as well, and it also gave us fits (not nearly as many as our current one).

This company installed my unit. They left and the unit did not cool. Took days to come back while my house was 95 inside. Then when they did come back the technician was rude broke the TXV on my unit and left without telling me, again leaving me and my family in unbearable heat. I would not recommend anyone using them at all. In the end I had to have another company come and do the job correctly. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had

This is the company that installs ac for Greg Tilleys and our ac lasted 1 year and has to be replaced. We are on the hook because we didn’t get a warranty paper when they installed it and no one will do anything about it. We will get it fixed our selves but people shouldn’t use this place and they shouldn’t buy from Greg Tilley as long as this company does the work. $1800 was our quote for repairs, also the company that looked at it said any reputable ac play would know they should had used a 5 ton not a 4 ton.

LEFT TRASH everywhere. Did a horrible job at leveling the AC unit, it looks like a 10 year old did it.
