Aire Serv of Shreveport

We are SO grateful for the service we received!!! Our unit went out, and with temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s, they sent a service person out THAT DAY- a SUNDAY- to get us up and running. With 2 small children, we were so very grateful. The fees for the labor and parts were very reasonable, and it was fixed fast and efficiently. Thank you Kevin and Shelly!!!!

My home warranty company assigned my claim to this company to resolve my A/C issues. The first technician that came out was great, wonderful customer service, but before leaving charged me an additional $40 dollars at the end of my appointment. This issue, regarding my payment, was not resolved until the next day when I learned I would be mailed a check for this mistake & still my A/C issues were not resolved. The second technician that came did not seem to have any knowledge on what to do resolve my issue and stated he would return to check my freon in my unit. Then I learned my claim was closed with their office due to air filter impaction. The customer service I received was horrible. The OWNER, supposedly, was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that wants any issues resolved with an A/C or heating issues. Even the dispatcher was short-tempered and disconnected the call after supposedly contacting the OWNER for me to speak with. This was just a simple miscommunication issue but when rudeness and an inability to put your PAYING CUSTOMERS first comes into play, this can create a negative situation for a customer. Do yourself a favor and find another company, please.

Superb service. Quick response, great follow up. I can not say enough great things about my service. My air conditioner failed in the middle of the summer and they were there. They tried to fix its broken legs as much as they could but when it fatally failed they were very responsive to my plight. Awesome service, awesome company, great people!

A photo was sent of the repair man and text was sent to let us know he was on his way. He was very respectful of our home and explained everything he did. He was on time and quickly went to work and finished his work. We were very pleased and would definitely use Aire Serv again.

I "inherited" Poston Heating & Air after my previous air service company went out of business. I was pleased with their concern and quick service when my air conditioner started acting up. Corey, the serviceman, was great and I am pleased with the customer service.

We had wonderful service from Air Serv. They guided us through the confusing selection and installation process for our building. Their expertise kept us from making bad decisions. Their quick and timely service is why we have our Building‘s Service contract we them.

They were awesome!! They were there within 2 hours after I called and fixed the problem immediately ! They sent me a text with a photo of the service technician and the exact time of their arrival. You cant ask for anything better !! Thank you Aire Serv !!

Not only did he come out & clean our dryer ducts, but he also noticed our outside AC unit was cutting off & on rapidly & let me know about it! Great customer service & will recommend this company to all of my friends!
