I called and they were prepared to come out as soon as possible. I wasn't having any issues but wanted to make sure my system was in good working order. Had an issue where my outside unit would not come on. Mark, the AC repairman came and found a switch had burned. He was unable to find a replacement for part that day, but came back next day while I was at work. Found that there was also a broken power wire from thermostat. Got unit back up and running. Very Professional. Great Prices.

What more is there to say? My A/C went out on a Tuesday evening, conveniently after everybody closed, LOL!!!. Went by the next morning and spoke with them after they were recommended by my co workers. Service was up and running that day along with a new thermostat install as well. Quick, fast, professional, and courteous. Service plan is in place and first service is scheduled. Highly recommend calling Aire Serv for your A/C - Heating needs. Lifesaver when I needed it. Aire Serv was fantastic to work with! We woke up on a Saturday morning with no AC and we have a two month old baby. They were able to get us on schedule same day and even arrived an hour earlier than the original appointment time. The technician, Brandon, was very professional and helpful. Hopefully we don’t need any more repairs to our unit, but if we do we will definitely call them again.

My air conditioner went out and we contacted AireServ. A representative came out the same day and determined the problem. It was determined that the system was leaking antifreeze and the coil may need to be replaced. The following Monday Andrew came out and presented options available to us. He was very thorough and professional. We opted for a new unit. He and his team were great. We couldn’t be more pleased at the service rendered. I highly recommend this company.

I've used this company for 6-8 years. 6 months ago, they installed a new HVAC system and re-worked my duct system. Honestly, these people are the BEST I've ever used, and I've owned various homes for nearly 40 years. The installation was done extremely well. Other trades-people have commented to me about what a great job Aire Serv did on it. Routine maintenance is done on time. Both the installation crew and the maintenance people have been courteous, friendly, on time, professional, efficient and seemingly just REALLY good people.
