Pete had us taken care of very quickly he was very Friendly, Informative and thorough. He was very honest and kept us in the loop with everything.

The technician was on time, professional and absolutely honest in his assessments. We will definitely use them again if we are in need and will recommend them to people we know.

We have had Pete out a handful of times over the last year as our original unit was failing and he was honest and fair in his pricing and assessments, even showing my husband how to do some of the repair himself should the issues arise again. Our entire system gave out for good earlier this month and we used Trust Air to replace and install a brand new inside and outside system and could not be happier with the work done. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the area give Pete a call if you have any A/C issues!

Pete is the most compassionate, considerate, and professional technician that I have met. My 78 year old mother (who lives in a rural town in Louisiana) A/C stopped working properly - some days it would be 90 degrees in the house and 100 degrees outside. I reached out to American Home Shield about the issue and they had trouble finding a technician that services my mother's rural town. Luckily, American Home Shield was able to reach Trust Air. American Home Shield explained the situation to Pete and he agreed to come and service my Mother's A/C the very same day!!!!! Due to my mother being elderly and me living in a different state, Pete showed a great deal of compassion and patience and worked with me (via phone) to coordinate the entire visit/service request. The A/C is now running great and I am so grateful to Pete for the outstanding service that he provided and the compassion that he showed during a very difficult time for my mother. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend Trust Air to anyone who needs to have their A/C serviced.

Pete is very good at his job and trustworthy. It's nice knowing people like him are out there. They don't try to upsell you equipment or repairs you don’t need and goes above and beyond helping repair as well as maintain equipment.

Discovered a leak from our interior unit into our garage, so we reached out to Peter after seeing all the good reviews. He came out first thing this morning and not only fixed the problem for us, but he showed me how to easily maintain it ourselves to prevent reoccurrence. Super responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Trust Air will definitely be our go-to from now on!
