Gotta say Blake saves my A** on this hot day, his office was closed and dude still called me backed and walked me through on how to check my a/c get it running AND scheduled me a appointment as soon as there opened to drop by and check ventilation. 0 stars. Blake came out to service my unit March 1 and March 21 the unit goes out. He changed a part on the unit that had nothing to do with the condense fan motor. So why did he change the part? and oh to mention he didn’t even ask. As mentioned before, He need to own up to his mistake. Why change a part on a unit without diagnostic ran first. Although my unit is 13 years old, the unit was being serviced annually and it never gave me an issue. Blake is very incompetent and have no idea of what he was doing. At the end of the day, Blake told me to run both thermostats cause they work the unit and burned out my condense fan motor. And tried to fix it how he thought it would work but it didn’t. Telling me to get an electrician when clearly it was a mistake on him. Blake provided false information once again, a tech from your company told me to never turn on the bottom thermostat. So why will Blake tell me to turn it on. It over powered my unit running two thermostats, so own up to it. If I can write a million complaints I will. It doesn’t matter what you guys say, right is right. Of course the unit was clogged and needed to be drain, it was serviced last January 27,2022 (not by you guys). But I have had my unit serviced by a tech from your company 2 years ago and never had an issue until now. Even that tech told me to never run the bottom thermostat. So please provide needed evidence for the review. I deleted my previous one by mistake so here’s another one. It’s crazy how you can respond to an review but don’t return a phone call. So I guess you guys not busy after all.

Worst ppl ever!! Guy named Blake came and service my A/C unit couple weeks later my condenser fan motor went out. Called them numerous times for 4 days no called back had to sleep with no A/C then when they came out to check out the problem charge me $105.00 for coming out for their mess up and still wouldn’t fix the problem just keep giving me prices…This company would break your A/C and have you pay for it….DONT NOT USE THEM!!!

First of all, From the update phone call with Michelle to Johnathan coming to service my system was fantastic. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was going to do and then he showed me what he actually did. I was on the phone working and he continued to work respectfully and as quietly as he could. I appreciate this business and the way they do business. Thank you Johnathan.

If I can give 0 stars I would! These people has come out to my house over 10 times since I moved in, and this is a new construction home!!! Why isn’t my air working!! Why do you have to order new parts for a brand new unit!!! I’m not sure what’s going on but everytime someone comes out something else breaks!!! Do NOT deal with this company!!! They are rip-off!!!

This company installed the HVAC on my home. We have lived him just over a year and system stopped working tonight. I called to ask for an after hour service. I gave my information and was told that someone was coming. Two hours later I called back and a different person told me that they stop taking calls a certain time. However, their website clearly stays they work 24/7. Very confused, frustrated and HOT!

Just had my biannual service performed by Blake. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend S&E Heating to anybody.

The worst customer service ever!! They had a plumbing division, got fully paid, failed to complete the job, promised to reimburse me after THEY told me to get the job done. Same people, same address, same number and claiming they aren't responsible. This is highway robbery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was having trouble with the AC unit. Gave S & E a call and they were at the apartment an hour later. Steven was so polite and professional. I highly recommend S & E Heating and Air. Will definitely be using S & E again.
