Mr. Brent Came to my house quickly and evaluated my situation with guidance. He explained everything he would be doing and asked before he went into any part of my house and had me with him to show me all readings. He was very reasonable in pricing. I would recommend this company!! He is also available on Saturdays.

Came home from a short trip to a hot house. Carlisle air was recommended to me by a good friend. I called and got a quick response. My entire unit was out! They had a new unit at a great price in my house the very next day. Courteous, professional and quick to solve my problem. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Mr. Brent answered his phone immediately when I had an ac emergency. Offered to come out to my home for free (does this if you live in Walker or Denham) to see what was wrong with my ac before I paid to have it fixed. He was at my home repairing my ac in less than an hour. He was very kind, professional, and informative about what needed to be done and why. He knew exactly what was wrong in less than 5 minutes and had everything repaired very quickly. This was my first experience with this company and will be who I call for now on when I need my ac repaired. I highly recommend!!!

I had been waiting for almost 2 weeks (seriously) for a part to come in with the previous AC Company. Well I just got tired of being uncomfortable and hot! I remembered I had seen a review on Nextdoor for
Carlisle Heating & Air, so I called. It was approximately 5:30 and tbh I wasn’t even expecting anyone to even answer. Well Brent answered and I explained to him how I’ve been dealing with an incompetent company and he said “We can get this fixed TONIGHT! All this time I’ve been miserable and hot, and all I had to do was make a phone call. This man stayed till after 7:30 making sure everything was in working order. I’m very impressed. Along the way while he was fixing it, he took the time out to explain to me what exactly was wrong and how the new parts work and would make a difference.
The cost was also the lowest!

Knowing my HVAC is getting up there in age, I decided to give Carlisle Heating and Air a call for an estimate for a tune-up. Not only was he very informative on the phone, he’s fairly priced and had time available to come by the next day. He was very informative with what he was doing and good house keeping steps to keep your AC in good shape. I plan on using Carlisle Heating & Air for any HVAC services I may need.

My AC quit cooling last August and Brett came out on a SUNDAY, recharged the Freon and said if it leaked back down we would have to go to Phase 2 of diagnostic. Phase 2 happened this weekend. AC quit cooling and he came out and recharged. Diagnosed a leaking coil and had it replaced quickly. He is super efficient and reasonably priced. The best attribute about him is he is ON TIME!!! Today, he arrived 30 mins early and was done in a flash. I’m fairly new to BR, so I’ve found my new HVAC guy that I trust and feel like he is someone you can rely on.
