Fantastic experience. My air-conditioner went out one night and after other recommendations, I contacted Dawson's! The next morning, Mitch was at my door and quickly discovered the issue. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem but he showed me the issue instead of just telling me. I could tell his work was important to him and I knew it was being done the right way.
