The salesman Bryan was very knowledgeable and courteous. The installation men were on time, very polite and efficient.

Karen failed to mention the $79 call out fee to come and look at my unit. When the technician gets to my house I get a call saying just to clean my unit will be $268. The technician decided to sit on my couch and wait for me to get home to talk to me rather than stay in his vehicle and wait for me. Will not be using them again.

My contractor contacted Advanced around 1:30 and Brian showed up sometime around 4. He looked over my system, ran a wire from the inside thermostat to the outside unit and had it cooling the house before 5:15.

It took less than 15 min witch is good cause it was just coolant and it was 1000 dollars got dam think the price was way to high but service was on point 5 stars but prices way to high give that 3 stars
