This company was outstanding! Very responsive, polite, and professional. I really appreciated them taking the time to do a full diagnostic of my HVAC when all I had to go on was “something doesn’t sound right and the thermostat keeps saying something weird.” Additionally, the team showed me exactly what was wrong to ensure I knew they weren’t ripping me off and just fixing something to placate me. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Air Experts is great! Gary replaced our downstairs unit back in July of 2016. I called him and the next morning he was at my house on the 4th of July. Even though they were super busy, he had everything done in a few days. I had called a few other places before I heard about Air Experts, and they all said it would be a week or more before they could even come out. He works both quickly and neatly. I called him yesterday to see if someone could come out and give my two units a tune up before it gets too hot. Alex came out today and had me fixed up in no time. You can really tell that both Gary and Alex are honest and really take pride in their work. They both do an excellent job of explaining not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. I can’t recommend this company enough!

My husband and I cannot put into words how thankful we are for Gary, Alex, and the rest of the crew. They were quick to respond to our AC issue with knowledge and professionalism. When installing, EVERY member of their team was polite, motivated to get the job done, and considerate of our sleeping 7 week old. We could not have asked for a better experience. I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of an air conditioning company and will be in contact with them for any AC/heating issues that we may run into moving forward.
