Baton Rouge Air

Baton Rouge Air provided an estimate to remove and reinstall my solar panels that was $1,000 more than my local solar company, Solar Alternatives. I asked him to separate the removal and reinstall charges so I could compare with my local quote before approving. The rep scoffed and said if I was comparison shopping he wasn't interested in the job. Upon further review, for less than the price quoted by Baton Rouge Air, Solar Alternatives will remove and reinstall the panels, clean the panels, replace 4 micro inverters and complete panel mapping. I don't know about their quality of work, but Baton Rouge Air has poor customer service.

Did you know they watch the weather to remove and replace my daughter Solar Panels , and called me and kept me posted .I did not have to wonder anything their professionalism and high quality work spoke for it self . My daughter was having her roof replaced the solar panels had to be removed and put back once roofers was finished . This is why Baton Rough Air came HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED . When the weather finally permitted the solar panels to be put back on with an inspection after finishing. Baton Rouge Air Mr. Ed noticed that there was some damage to the plywood the roofers had missed to replace. Which would have been costly in the future and in doing so they bought to my attention immediately . The roofer supervisor came out completed the work . The compassion Mr. Ed showed us . They waited for the supervisor to finish did not charge me extra . I am really grateful to Baton Rough Air . If you did not get Baton Rough Air for your SOLAR PANELS then you missed out on meeting a five star family orientated company whom care about your family.
