Weston was eager to solve our issue. He took his time and throughly went through the unit and explained everything he was doing. Once completed, he explained all of our options for repair and cost of each. He even went out of his way to give advise on cooling other areas of the home.

AC broke during the night. The temperature kept climbing during the day. Talked to Westin, Kelly, Shannon during the day, they kept me updated on when to expect help. Phillip cleaned the coils, diagnosed the problem, and got us back on the road to cool living. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I am very thankful that we were able to have service on short notice.

The F and R team arrived on time and introduced themselves in a professional manner (Weston and Josh). They began changing out my AC unit right away, and completed the job in a timely manner. When they finished the job they cleaned everything up as if they hadnt been here. They re-arranged the ductwork in the attic, which gave it all an organized and "clean" look. It looks great up there! I could tell these guys took pride in the work they did, and I repsect and appreciate that. I should also mention there were a couple of other guys helping that i didnt get a chance to meet, you all did a wondeful job and would reccomend company to everyone.
